2019 graduate
CLCC® certified in executive coaching

Kathy Redmond wants to live in a world where admiring the individual spirit is part of the daily routine, where kids are to be seen AND heard, and humans love themselves and others unconditionally and without judgement.

As a professional educator turned Executive Life Coach, she’s served teachers, students and their families for more than 30 years. During her tenure as an elementary principal, her school was chosen as one of two schools in the nation to be featured in a video produced by ASCD for engaging students from poverty. She has presented at numerous national and state conferences and has consulted with many administrators and teachers on the process of change, trust and leadership capacity.

When she’s not coaching or cheerleading others, you can find her hanging out near the water with her beloved golden retriever, checking the front porch for her next, new favorite book from Amazon, or brainstorming with her four year old granddaughter one more story that can be acted out with Willow Tree Angels!

Her next project, a podcast on the craft of teaching and leading, will hit the airways in early 2020.
